What you can expect during the preparation phase:
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, needs, resources, and capacities.
2. Customised Proposal
Based on what we learn, we develop a tailored offer with a range of activities and experience options for you to choose from. You decide which topics to emphasise and which outcomes are most relevant.
Some of our feature workshops might be just right for you. Or we develop a tailored concept to meet your team's requirements.
3. Coordination and Logistics
We can liaise with trusted service providers to arrange all details — from activities and venues to catering and materials.
4. Confirmation
All arrangements are finalised in a written agreement outlining dates, responsibilities, and practical details.

What you can expect during and after the event:
5. Facilitation and Experience
Our chief facilitator, Birte, will personally accompany your group or appoint another qualified facilitator to guide your experience.
Each workshop or team experience follows a clear, thoughtful structure:
Arrival and Orientation
We begin by creating an atmosphere that allows participants to feel at ease upon arrival. They get to know one another, familiarise themselves with the setting, and gain a clear overview of the day ahead. This gentle introduction sets the tone for openness, curiosity, and collaboration.
Introducing the Challenge
We then introduce the tasks and outline the process. Participants form groups and begin working together. Throughout the activities, our facilitator remains present, observing dynamics, maintaining flow, and offering subtle guidance when needed. We may adjust the level of challenge or adapt conditions to strengthen collaboration. The focus is always on teamwork and shared experience rather than competition.
Reflection and Transfer
The reflection phase forms the heart of the experience. Together, we explore what unfolded during the activities, identify key insights, and connect these experiences to the realities of daily work. Using solution-focused questions, we guide participants in developing practical ideas and documenting them to ensure lasting impact. This helps translate learning into meaningful action and sustainable change in the workplace.
6. Follow-Up and Evaluation
After the event, we follow up with an (optional) employee survey and a debrief conversation. This feedback process helps capture valuable insights and measure outcomes — ensuring your investment continues to make a difference long after the experience itself.
